My career spans roles such as Senior Manager of CX Operations, Head of People, and Workplace Experience Manager. In these positions, I’ve enhanced employee relations, driven strategic initiatives, and led teams through complex challenges. My approach is further informed by my background in endurance sports, where I’ve developed leadership skills, teamwork, resilience, and perseverance.
